CERIS
was established in March of
1996 as the Joint Centre of Excellence for Research on
Immigration and Settlement (CERIS). The Centre changed its name
to CERIS - The Ontario Metropolis Centre in March 2007 to better
reflect its province-wide focus and its connection with The
Metropolis Project. CERIS is a research knowledge creation and
transfer network that focuses on the
resettlement and integration of immigrants and refugees in
Ontario.
